1. 7-Day Changes Policy
For development projects, we offer a 7-day period after delivery to request minor changes at no additional cost, subject to:
- Changes must align with original project scope
- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Does not include new features or significant redesigns
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under these conditions:
- Project cancellation before work begins (full refund)
- Failure to deliver as outlined in the agreement (Upto 25%)
- Mutual agreement to terminate the project
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed work that meets agreed specifications
- Maintenance and support services
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, licenses)
- Projects where the client has approved milestones
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request to info@swister.in
- Include project details and reason for request
- We will respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
5. Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve issues through communication and project adjustments before considering refunds.
6. Maintenance & Support
All maintenance and support work is non-refundable once performed.
