Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Changes Policy

For development projects, we offer a 7-day period after delivery to request minor changes at no additional cost, subject to:

  • Changes must align with original project scope
  • Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Does not include new features or significant redesigns

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under these conditions:

  • Project cancellation before work begins (full refund)
  • Failure to deliver as outlined in the agreement (Upto 25%)
  • Mutual agreement to terminate the project

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications
  • Maintenance and support services
  • Third-party costs (domain, hosting, licenses)
  • Projects where the client has approved milestones

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written request to info@swister.in
  2. Include project details and reason for request
  3. We will respond within 5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

5. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve issues through communication and project adjustments before considering refunds.

6. Maintenance & Support

All maintenance and support work is non-refundable once performed.
